- Manage IT infrastructure projects – WAN, backup, security, wireless, etc.- RFP & manage purchase of network, security, storage, servers, security, backup systems and enterprise software- Implement wireless network at corporate and regional offices- Migrate disaster recovery systems from collocation IDC to corporate data center and build new DR facility- Update management weekly with Project Management report- Implement ITIL Framework and coordinate IT staff training- Oversee data backup media storage and destruction- Responsible for implementation of virtualization environment to reduce data center cooling and power reduction and increase redundancy and uptime
