I focus my practice on complex commercial litigation, counseling clients on matters involving contract disputes and business torts, real estate, consumer class actions, mergers and acquisitions, professional liability, trade secrets and other intellectual property disputes, and appellate litigation. I also maintain an active pro bono practice, and have provided representation to clients in prisoner civil rights matters and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.I have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as “One to Watch, Commercial Litigation.” Before joining Blank Rome, I clerked for the Honorable Ronald L.
