- Defined multi-year strategies for securing SaaS (AWS, Azure, OCI), hybrid cloud, colo data center, and on-prem unified communications solutions with increasing maturity levels while balancing the needs of the business to scale up to hundreds of millions of users. - Initiated and rolled out Zoom SDL, security reference architecture, DevOps security, CI/CD security, security training programs across Zoom US and international development centers, ensured compliance with security and privacy requirements from FTC, US and foreign governments, enterprise customers, and external certifications.- Led architectural analysis, threat modeling, CI/CD scans, and cloud infra reviews. Collaborated closely with security operations and incident response teams to build in security monitoring capabilities and ensure critical vulnerabilities were mitigated correctly.- Represented Zoom at FTC meetings, government agency reviews, enterprise customer RFPs, and industry forums.

- Co-created Cisco Secure Development Lifecycle (CSDL) – an end-to-end process comprised of security requirements, threat modeling, validation and monitoring tools, secure libraries, and pen test services that Engineering organizations adopt to develop secure and resilient products.- Led virtual, cross-functional teams (50-100 people) to standardize company-wide baseline security and privacy requirements (privacy impact, authentication, cryptography, application security, logging, data protection, etc.), defined best practices and reference architectures for on-premise and SaaS offerings.- Co-founder of annual Cisco Security Conference (SecCon), grew attendance 20x to over 2000, organized site-specific events, delivered keynote addresses, technical presentations, and training.

- Managed three global engineering teams (40) and led product releases with 200+ engineers.- Received “Innovative Product of the Year” Award from the Cisco Engineering Leadership for the release of on-prem/SaaS application that enabled large enterprises and service providers to manage and deploy security policies to firewall, router, switch, and IDS/IPS devices.

- Converted advanced computational geometry research results into practical engineering solutions for the medical, gaming, and 3D printing industry.- Represented the company at venture capital conferences, developer forums, and numerous trade shows to publicize the company vision.
