I am responsible for the financial oversight of a range of assets owned, managed or in development by the Cottle Family. This includes commercial, industrial, retirement and lifestyle living, as well as other businesses and investments.

I am responsible for the financial oversight of Pro-Invest Group's +$2 billion managed portfolio.Collaborating with and influencing local in-house and offshore teams I ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial data for the ANZ region.I maintain US GAAP, AASB and IFRS financial reporting for the ANZ portfolio involving many complex tax ownership structures of 150+ legal entities. My role has both a commercial and technical focus across all functions of the business for ANZ including;- Regional finance strategy- Lead role on finance transformation projects - automating of reporting and use of BI tools- Manage and mentor a high performing internal and offshore finance team- External audit (20+ audits per year) and tax (20+ tax returns per year) coordination - Financial planning and analysis for management companies and properties- Training and implementation of in house and external teams on accounting system and controls- Preparation and presentation of all board reports both verbal and written- Annual operating and capital expenditure budget and reforecasting- Treasury cash management- Investor funding and distributions coordination- Fund Administration oversight- External debt origination and compliance.- Responsible for all statutory compliance in the region- Review all NAV (Net Asset Valuations) for all assets across the ANZ portfolio- Lead numerous global projects and partner with all functional heads of the business

Reporting directly to Boston head office I am responsible for the financial oversight of Pembroke’s Asia Pacific managed portfolio.Collaborating with and influencing local in-house and external teams I ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial data for the Asia Pacific region.I maintain US GAAP, J GAAP , S GAAP and IFRS financial reporting for the APAC portfolio involving many complex tax ownership structures of 20+ legal entities. My role has both a commercial and technical focus across all functions of the business for APAC including;- Regional finance strategy- Lead role on finance transformation projects - automating of reporting and use of Power BI- Manage and mentor a high performing internal and external finance team- Internal and external audit and tax coordination - Financial planning and analysis for management companies and properties- Training and implementation of in house and external teams on accounting system and controls- Preparation and presentation of all board reports both verbal and written- Annual operating and capital expenditure budget and reforecasting- Treasury cash management- Investor funding and distributions coordination and associated trust and SPC management- External debt origination and compliance.
