⚒ Project Involved: » Etihad Rail Package 2f1 : Operation and Maintenance Facilities👤Key Responsibilities:» Ensures the execution of works in accordance with the technical requirements, standards, approved drawings, inspection and test plans, method statement and risk assessments.» Take part in inspection of works together with the Construction Department, Subcontractor and Engineer ensuring that inspections are recorded and traceable at any time.» Alerts the Construction Team whenever the works to be executed have any deviation from the quality requirements. Raises Non- Conformities (NCR) if necessary.» Ensures the correct implementation if any changes in drawings or methods such as Field Change Request (FCR), Filed Methods Modification Request (FMMR) as well as the rectification works for any Non- Conformance Reports (NCR) issued.» Facilitates , witnesses and records the material testing conducted by Technicians or 3rd Party Laboratory.» Ensures all permanent materials are approved prior to installation at site.» Ensure the completeness and traceability of inspection records without delay.» Finalize and review the submission of inspection and test request (ITR) documents for the final completion of Quality Record Package.» Regularly proceed to site tours to inspect the works are as per approved method statement and drawings.» Perform the inspection as per the ITP and review the inspection check list for improvement.» Conducts quality task brief to workers as per approved method statement prior to start the works.

⚒ Projects Involved: »Dubai International Airport : Miscellaneous Airfield Works»Dubai International Airport South Runway Rehabilitation and Associated Works »Fly Dubai New Headquarters Building»Expo 2020 Dubai C-38 District & Parks👤Key Responsibilities:»Responsible to implement, monitor and document the QA/QC activities as per the established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) narrated in the Project QA/QC Plan.»To conduct random inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per the Project QA/QC Plan and Client Specifications and attainment of quality requirements.»Ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contract requirements. »Ensure that Engineer’s approval and/or the require factory or supplier compliance certificate have been obtained upon delivery of available material at the project site.»Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices and to appraise the Senior/Project QA/QC Engineer. Also to follow up the close-out of NCR’s and SOR’s.»To prepare the Daily Reports of the actual QA/QC activities and maintain Quality Records related to the project in a manner which ensures proper identification, traceability and easy retrieval.»Conduct Internal Audits as per the Audit Schedule, prepare audit reports and raise NCR’s and observations (if required) and follow up the close-out of NCR’s and observations.»Arrange Quality Improvement Talk/Technical briefing in coordination with Project Managers/Field Engineers and maintains records.»To coordinate the document control of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with Office Engineers and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, for the issue, amendment and recall of controlled documents.
