Managing and delivering business expectations on P&L, Cash and Value improvements.Streamlined systems and processes to enable consistent interpretation and recommendation across multiple accounts. Removed single points of failure, whilst improving level of service.

Responsible for the design and delivery of £1m Management Information project benchmarked as “World Class” by McKinsey & Co. Leading a team of SAS and SQL developers to draw upon all available customer data across both Orange and T-Mobile to give a true view of Customer Lifetime Value across key dimensions: channel, handset, price point etc.Analysis of data provided new insight into the ROI of customer investment allowing significant redirection of future investment to generate better returns, and improved EBITDA, as well as being leverage for external negotiations.

Responsible for the P&L forecast across both Mobile and Fixed Line products supporting the Executive Director of Telephony.Restructured three teams, reducing headcount by 2 to 25 FTE, into one Product and Stakeholder focused Telephony Finance team.

Renegotiated the Wholesale Agreement with T-Mobile UK delivering savings of ~£300m over three years. Evolved the contract from a Pay-As-You-Go supply arrangement and developed into a Contract Phone arrangement to enable delivery of Virgin Media future strategy.Responsible for management and development of a wide ranging team (18 FTE) covering Operational, Commercial and Third Party relationships.

Finance lead for wholesale contract negotiations with all UK networks (to enable Virgin Mobile to be carried across a Mobile Network Operator e.g. T-Mobile). Provided regular updates to Mobile Director and Group Executive Committee. Supported an internal organisational design process by conducting review of call centre operations both customer facing and back office. Identified savings of £10m through the introduction of workflow systems and processes.
