Reporting to the CEO, responsible for leading the marketing team and all marketing functions of the organization. Backed by CVC DIF, Joink has a strategic focus on expanding its growing fiber Internet network in Indiana and Illinois (via wholly owned subsidiary CTI Fiber).

Backed by one of the largest investment firms in the telecommunications industry (Oak Hill Capital), Omni Fiber is a start-up 100% fiber Internet provider focusing on small to mid-sized markets across the Midwestern United States that are currently underserved with broadband access. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, built all marketing functions of the company from the ground up including go-to-market strategy, media/advertising, customer acquisition, field marketing, digital/e-comm, and PR/communications.

Consumer marketing strategy, budget and external agency (creative+media) management, led internal team responsible for the planning and execution of mass advertising, direct marketing, retail/event marketing, and customer communications for Cincinnati Bell’s residential products and services. Highly focused on driving inbound sales/new subscriber acquisition for Cincinnati Bell’s growing fiber network (now known as altafiber).

Oversaw daily operations for agency and marketing vendor management, creative development, mass advertising (TV, radio, print, out of home), digital (display, social, search), direct marketing and customer communications including execution, budget management and strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, product and sales groups.

Project and client management at Gannett's Direct Response Center (DRC), which served as an in-house agency supporting the consumer sales and service division of USA Today and Gannett Publishing's 100+ local newspapers and affiliated online properties across the US. Consulted with consumer sales teams to develop and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns to increase print and digital subscriber acquisition, retention and engagement. Managed project coordinator and oversaw workflow between copywriters, graphic artists, developers, data miners and vendors.

Client management, media planning/buying and field marketing management/support for multi-unit brands, primarily franchise based companies. Partnered with corporate marketing teams to develop field marketing programs, serving as main point of contact for system-wide media buying and campaign execution within brand systems. Clients included Penn Station East Coast Subs, Martinizing Dry Cleaning, Coit Carpet Cleaning, Homestyle Dining, and a group of residential play equipment dealers. Maintained, initiated and grew client relationships for owned accounts from C-level corporate marketing leaders to individual franchisees across the US and Canada. Extensive experience in print media and direct mail, plus email, cable and broadcast TV/radio including creative production, Out-of-home, local store marketing, and new business development. Represented company at various trade shows and conventions to initiate new opportunities.
