For three years, he supervised and collaborated with 30 instructional staff to improve curriculum and program cohesiveness for the school's 1200 students. Subsequently advancing to the role of principal at Cincinnati's School for the Creative and Performing Arts, he achieved schedule improvements for the arts as well as academics, and initiated an agreement with MTV to host a television show with student performers. Mr. Carlisle now leverages this broad base of experience to advise program directors across the country.
