I am the founder of PERCS, a non-profit that creates innovative solutions to empower people to achieve financial education and freedom. With over two decades of experience in the financial sector, I have a strong background in financial planning, investment, insurance, technology development and now cryptocurrency, to name a few.At PERCS, we aim to alleviate poverty and grow a team of talented developers, educators, and researchers who share our passion and vision. We are busy with the design of SAGA Play, a game-based learning platform that integrates the renowned curriculums of Mind Treasures and The Mahala Initiative. SAGA Play is more than just a game; it is a social movement that aims to transform the way people think and act about money, wealth, and prosperity. Through SAGA Play, we partner with various stakeholders, such as schools, community organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies, to reach and engage diverse audiences, especially the underserved and marginalized groups. By using gamification, storytelling, and interactive features, we make financial education fun, accessible, and impactful. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role include new business development, social networking, customer relationship management, and project management.In addition to my role at PERCS, I am also the founder of 4Ava Energy Pty. Ltd. a energy start-up company focused on the development of renewable technologies. These roles reflect my interest and commitment to social and environmental causes, as well as my entrepreneurial spirit and drive. I have also published several articles on topics related to financial education, artificial intelligence, innovation, and progress.
