After a distribution center goes live with Intelligrated products, the management of issues and functionality problems are turned over to the Life Cycle Sales and Support Group. My role as a Technical Service Engineer, is to field calls from Customers, help identify their issue, troubleshoot and implement solutions. I log and track the progression of the ticket in our in house ticketing system. I can disgnose electrical, hardware and software problems.I am responsible for maintaining and improving personal KPI metrics. I am currently working to brainstorm new or modified metrics to help our department improve as a whole. I enjoy helping to train my fellow team members and collectively coming up with solutions.I currently work in the following languages: C#, C, C++, SQL, PLC, XML. I can read CAD drawings and schematics. I am also very familiar with Visual Studios. I also work in Microsoft Office, Windows Server platforms, UNIX/LINUX, and QNX.

I was part of the final instalation and set up process of Intelligrated products into our customer distribution centers. I traveled and was stationed at various job sites from one week to 6 months at a time. I was responsible to commission and ensure all software and hardware were installed and working properly.In the 5 years in this position, I commissioned roughly 30-35 distribution centers.During this time I was troubleshooting software code to ensure it would work properly with the application at site specifically. I also set up the customer's server.
