John graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy has been practicing scince 1999. He is the owner of Body Smart Health located in Langley which offers a dynamic, corrective manual therapy approach. John brings many years of strength training experience, having competed in the sport of Powerlifting at the provincial level with the BCPA from 1994-97. John also has experience with Trinity Western University, Cirque Du Soleil, BC Lions and many other local and community performance and sports groups and athletes. John has advanced training in osteopathic manual therapy, myofascial release, neurokinetic therapy, FMS/SFMA, and Rocktape to name a few. "As an athlete, I personally experienced the positive effects of Massage Therapy which helped to improve my performance, decrease injuries, improve recovery time". John enjoys life with his wife and 4 kids and is ready to help you to achieve, regain, and maintain a healthy active lifestyle.
