Manager for seven legal administrative assistants and one administrative assistant who work with attorneys serving in the Civil, Criminal, Juvenile and Victim/Witness Services for Carver County. Worked on the acquisition of the three clinics to Allina in 2007 and became the Clinic Manager of those sites in 2008. Oversaw the implementation of hardware and software systems including Electronic Medical Records. Supervised the construction and opening of a relocated clinic on time, under budget in nine months. Integrated new company process for Vendor Provided Displays to new stores and support all stores per their needs via an intranet site. Involved in the company launches of Plasma/LCD TVs, digital cable and the introduction of new store layouts. Assisted in the production of the 2002 Fun Zone Truck for use throughout the country to special events.

Managed 3 - 6 direct reports involved with introduction of the small market and other prototype projects. Monitored the Grand Opening Ads for new market stores to ensure ad minimums and forecasts were met. Participated on the new store inventory team that launched the first Best Buy New York City locations winning the 2001 TAG (Teams Achieving Greatness) Award.

Participated on the team that opened 30 stores in three months, including a successful launch in the Boston, MA market. Member of the team that won the November 1998 PRISM award given to the top Marketing Team for the month.

Responsible for the production and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports needed to Home Audio and Video Inventory. Other duties included keeping files up to date, entering purchase orders, scheduling monthly vendor meetings and tracking shipments into warehouses and stores.

Responsible for bi-weekly paychecks, bonuses, W-2s, garnishments and wage confirmations for employees at retail stores, distribution centers, service centers and District Offices.
