I am an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation in the Seattle office. I appraise all property types, specializing in land, development sites, special use properties, and industrial properties. Previously, I was an appraiser for McKee Appraisal, where I focused on consulting in complex litigation and eminent domain cases. As an appraiser I drop into the action on real estate - transactions, purchase/lease decisions, major renovations, early in construction - and work in the weeds of everything that can impact the value of a property. Highest and best use analysis requires deep dives into financial and physical feasibility, zoning/planning, local market dynamics, and capital markets.Clients include property owners, public agencies, tenants, attorneys, lenders, and other market participants. Before beginning my career in appraisal, I helped manage commercial construction projects.
