It has been my experience throughout my life that the most damaging words to an individual or organization are, “I can’t or We Can’t”. When these words are uttered all thinking and problem solving ceases to exist. My life and career to this point have been framed by the concept of “How Can I or How Can We?”. With this as a guide post I have developed a gift for crawling inside a problem or opportunity and peeling the onion of an issue. Success in my past endeavors has hinged solely around the ability to create and answer as many questions as possible in order to formulate innovative and often times unique solutions to the central question of “How Can I or How Can We?”.As an entrepreneur this concept filtered into all areas of business and has expanded into helping other business owners create the questions and find the answers to “How Can We”. This thought process started from an early age through participation in athletics and driven by a competitive spirit to achieve more than those around me thought possible. In my first real gainful employment I was able to use this concept to create a system that propelled me to top performer in telesales for a regional cellular company. My next adventure was to start a company from the ground up and to create a great place to work. Through this process I gained a valuable education in all areas of business while employing multiple innovative ideas that garnered national attention from several trade publications. Now it is time for me to take the lessons learned and take the next step in my career path. The next step has proven to be in the position of "Director of Public Relations and Growth" at Exit Realty Crutcher Louisville", where I will be focused on helping agents with their business planning to include goal setting, budgeting, sales and marketing planning and implementation, tracking and much much more. This opportunity will take advantage of my strengths in business planning and advertising and marketing!
