In my role as Assistant Scout Executive, I manage the field staff who serve the six districts of TAC, each covering a part of the European, African, Middle Eastern, and Central Asian areas served by the council. I help guide and enable the district leaders — both volunteers and professional staff members — work tirelessly to support the growth and success of the Packs, Troops, Crews, and Lone Scouts within their territory, serving as valuable resources and mentors to help bring Unparalleled Scouting to all Scouts in the Transatlantic Council. As Training Advisor, gave leadership to executive board mandate to increase amount of direct contact leaders in council, going from 23% in 2012 to over 50% in 2013.
