As Programme Director at Fuse my role is a diverse mix of marketing management and production both for clients and also as the marketing lead for Fuse. I also project manage a range of large international events, conduct business development and creative direction, production and consultation for a range of our clients. Fuse is a full service event management company with a passion for change and a love for the live event experience. We work with a global network of producers, facilitators and artists to create events with tangible outputs, which reach more people and become a powerful force for positive change.

During my time at Royal Museums Greenwich I performed a central and steering role across a range of major marketing campaigns, temporary exhibtions and long term projects. During this role I gained invaluable experience in managing major national projects such as the Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition, managing large media buying projects and campaigns and also leading working groups and project boards. In summary my core roles concered; - Major campaign creation, management and delivery - Creative direction from brief and appointment of agencies to final delivery- Project management across a range of marketing initiatives including research projects and national level media campaigns - Sponsorship and partnership negotiation and management - Social media management and delivery

Working out of the Public Marketing and Events team at the British Library gave me amazing access and involvement in projects ranging from exhibtion planning, campaign develipment and management through to creating internal policy documents. I gained experiecne in commissioning a range of qualitative and quantitative research, media buying, targeted distribution campaigns, design work, facilitate print production and project manage a number of ad-hoc event programmes and other initiatives. This role also allowed me to develop my line management skills and gave me opportinities to sit on a number of recruitment panels.

While at CN Research I assisted in the inplementation of various market research campaings, mainly for public sector bodies such as NHS primary care trusts.In doing so I developed an understanding of what makes a good market research survey, good practice for gathering information across quantitative and qualitative data, and a working knowledge of how large scale research campaings are implemented.
