With more than 25 years of experience building financial information technology products, I’m passionate about the customer experience and providing our customers the data they need to win. Prior to founding PitchBook, I was the Managing Director of Private Markets for Dow Jones & Company, and VP of Worldwide Research for VentureOne, VentureSource and The Private Equity Analyst. Throughout my career I’ve played a key role in seven acquisitions/mergers (three as the acquired target and four as part of the acquiring/merged organization) by both strategic and private equity investors. My wife Susan and I split our time between Seattle and Sun Valley with our four children.
