Present and former companies have generated over a half billion dollars worth of equipment leases from origination, terms/conditions and documentation/closing with e.g. Capital Associates, Heller Financial and GE Capital.As an example; I have been at the forefront of the development in the area of equipment finance with Corporate America, climbing into the role as a preferred vendor to General Motors Corporation North American (Canada, USA and Mexico) for a ten year period. In 2008, with my son Gavin, I formed LakeView Leasing again established relationships with fortune 500 companies, small businesses, governmental units and non-profits nationally. I have partnered to offer a great Vendor Lease Program, supplying a growing number of Vendor businesses with equipment lease financing, providing many customers with a cost effective option to bank loans and cash equity.My experience includes a private law practice that address client needs in the area of business growth, negotiations, and avoidance of risks. I have extensive experience as a board member for businesses in the banking and financial industry and will consider these types of roles with companies.I often engage in Public Speaking on business and legal related topics. I do perform specialized consulting in the cross discipline areas involving finance, law, tax policy and other topics.
