Manage and maintain overall certifying authority to all Oceaneering Asset Integrity America’s Region technicians. Accountable for writing company inspection and quality procedures in accordance with codes and standards, such as ASME, ISO, API, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ASTM, AWS, and DNV. This includes performing planned and un-planned audits of NDT inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers for adherence to code and contractual requirements. Provide the final approval to project management to purchase equipment, hire qualified personnel, and implement new systems and technology. Develop and approve Mechanical Integrity Programs, Inspection Strategy, Engineering Standards for Clients based on Fixed equipment Integrity, Fitness For Service (FFS) or Risk based inspection (RBI) Methodologies. Confers with management and project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems related to code or contractual requirements or deviation from inspection procedures. Actively engage in Management of change (MOC) Management Review processes. Manage Directly and Indirectly Personnel and Project Management to meet company Goals and Timelines.
