 Created the Special Projects Department to research and test new production concepts for active product lines.  Slip ring prototype development to support current and novel data exchange protocols – Fiber optic, 5G ethernet, HD-SDI Video.  Manage 3D printing operations, vibrational test/analysis equipment, and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) operations.[Merged with engineering 2021]

 Significantly improved on-time contract delivery and capacity by restructuring department communication and shared labor resources.  Fulfil contracts to service, upgrade, and warranty repair units returned from the field. Determine and manage appropriate resources required for contract completion and prepare reports for customer dissemination including; investigation, NCR, FAR, CAR and SCAR.

 Researched and implemented new products, procedures, software and fabrication materials to expand company design portfolio and improve production turnaround. Implemented new software suite to support full 3D machining [from 2.5D] which introduced complex toolpaths and reduced machining time.  Participated in facility relocation including purchasing capitol, hiring, facility layout etc. Execute contracts pertaining to the museum exhibit and commercial construction industries. Daily supervision and scheduling of CNC machinists, electricians, carpenters, welders, laborers and additional on-site labor as required for installations. Develop drawings and 3D renders for construction and customer presentation. General contractor in the NYC area managing sub-contractors, union contracted laborers.
