Program includes engagement of third party vendors, budget compliance, schedule management, and management of staff of 24. Total project direct spend was $40M with indirect spend managed approximately $105M. Coordinated the account start-up and managed the project management team. Program included ground up construction and interior builds. Also self-performed build-out of safe and ATM manufacturing facility in Manaus, Brazil (NCR).

While employeed at FMO, I managed the entitlement process and supported private equity investments for an 8,000 acre new planned residential community. I also supported all development efforts for the company's commercial projects.
