Collaborates and coordinates with consultants to perform space programming, space planning, scheduling, cost estimating, technical writing, design presentations, construction drawings, and specification writing for complex commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and medical projects. Ensures projects comply with building codes and accessibility standards. Reviewed and evaluated work performance.Director, Installation Control Center - 2010 – 2011 Served as chief advisor to the Wing Commander and his senior staff, and led a four-person administrative team during five Operational Readiness Exercises, and one Operational Readiness Inspection. Developed and prepared papers, reports, and oral presentations for the Wing Commander and his senior staff during robust combat scenarios and emergency situations. The Installation Control Center received the highest possible (“Outstanding”) ratings from the higher headquarters inspection team for organizational effectiveness and job performance.Chief, Wing Mission Training Center - 2009 – 2010 Led a 14-person team, consisting of military members, civilians, and contractors that planned, oversaw, and facilitated B-1B simulator training. Managed an $87-million training facility and directed its classified security program.
