Community Health Centers is a family of Central Florida neighborhood health centers that provide quality and compassionate primary healthcare services to Central Florida’s diverse communities.. Member of the executive leadership team and has authority for organizational direction, planning and operations of development, community relations and communication functions.

Space Coast Cancer Center is a nine physician practice comprised of four cancer centers located in Brevard county offering Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Therapy services. Space Coast Cancer Foundation is a not for profit foundation that offers support to cancer patients in Brevard County by assisting with transportation, paying for at home medication, support services and education.•Managed and developed collateral materials, print advertising, TV commercials and social media tools to promote our cancer centers, community events and fundraising events.•Directed and managed events for Space Coast Cancer Center and Space Coast Cancer Foundation including: an annual Daffodil Gala that netted more than $60,000, Ribbon Cutting Open House event for our 30,000sq. ft. office in Viera, Celebration of Life event for cancer survivors, Survivorship Summit and various other events.•Director of Space Coast Cancer Foundation handling all fundraising strategies, cultivation of major gifts, annual giving programs, partnering with community organizations to assist with fundraising and financial reporting.•Created media releases and distributes to all media outlets, marketing partners and community groups promoting our practice and foundation activities, news and accomplishments.

● Designed, created, launched and completed a $1.5 million capital campaign to complete funding for a $5 million free-standing hospice house, with 100% support through community donations. ● Developed a full range of collateral materials for major giving and the hospice house campaign.● Researched and cultivated a slate of over 100 probable donors for major gifts of $25,000 and more. ● Achieved strong support from adjacent neighbors in support of the hospice house and worked with city departments, engineers and architects on the fulfillment of the project.● Orchestrated a groundbreaking celebration for the hospice house project. ● Developed giving options including charitable gift annuity packages for donors. ● Expanded the Society of 1941, the $1,000 annual giving society, as a feeder for major gifts. ● Played a key role in a matrix approach to special events, recruiting participants and sponsor and leveraging major donor involvement. ● Researched Wuesthoff funding priorities and designed long range and annual strategies for major donor support of Wuesthoff projects.● Developed revenue and expense projections for all responsible functions and worked with the Foundation president on the development of revenue and expense budgets. ● Participated in the editorial process for all external communications from the Foundation.

● Managed all community events and fundraising events for system affiliates to promote our service lines.● Spearheaded event planning and management for the opening of Halifax Hospital-Port Orange and Halifax Health Medical Center Groundbreaking Ceremony for 10-Story Tower featuring Florida Governor Charlie Crist.● Planned and implemented marketing programs for Florida Health Care Plans and Volusia Health Network.● Increased employee giving to the Foundation by 88% or $75,000/year with new giving program. ● Coordinated all internal employee events for the health system and affiliates to celebrate, honor or motivate our over 5,000 employees.● Facilitated celebrity visits of our hospital and service lines, especially our pediatrics floor.● Produced & directed videos and commercials to educate the community on our focus to better serve the needs of our residents.
