Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Three Five

Standardize all phases of aircrew training within HSM-35 and Commander Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Wing Pacific (COMHSMWPAC).Coordinate Fleet Readiness Training Plan (FRTP) requirements for all HSM-35 Naval Aircrewmen prior to and during deployment while maintaining oversight of all FRTP requirements for assigned squadron Detachments post deployment.Provide policy on training plans, programs, and school quotas for assigned HSM-35 Naval Aircremen Provide non-tactical and tactical training and curriculum development support to COMHSMWINGPAC and Helicopter Maritime Strike Weapons School (HSMWSP) Manage new training development efforts and assess the effectiveness of current training within and COMHSMWINGPAC and HSMWSP.Establish minimum training requirements for Level 100 Naval Aircremen. Maintain the Wing Training Manual (WTM) and HSM-35 Training Manual and other associated instructions annually to provide squadrons with comprehensive training documentation.Monitor and review Training and Readiness Matrix requirements and qualifications.Review Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) assessments of all HSM-35 crewman and detachments to ensure accurate reporting to Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF).Assist in scheduling and coordination of safety boats and range reservations to conduct overwater Search and Rescue (SAR) training.
