• Review reports using CFA home tools like Analytics Hub to analyze restaurant metrics such as speed of service (SOS), transactions amount and check average.• Successfully assisted our Directors and Operator to establish new operation methods in DT such as “Own Your Order” with Drive-Thru Consultant Team guidance.• Ensure all department equipment and restaurant assets are in good working order doing such as POS, Evertec & KPS etc.• Communicate priorities, vision and goals to team members such as SOS, transactions per hour goals for any time period and sales suggested orders. • Ensure operational checklists are up to date and completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Coach, develop and encourage Team Members in a way that builds upon Chick Fil A culture of “Winning hearts every day.”• Ensure quality of food is maintained to Chick-fil-A’s standards for example, temperature and avoid danger zone temperature, correct label on food containers with accurate date, rotation in Walking Cooler and freezer etc. • Coach Team members to demonstrate Core 4 Values such as Fast and accurate Service and Genuine hospitality.• Crossed trained in BOH & FOH and able to complete and teach task such as Cashier Settlements and Close Inform, Creating Food Orders on Inform and entering waste on system etc. • Assist BOH Director in placing food orders and maintaining our food cost according to our goals. • As Team effort we have been able to make a more efficient DT operation, for example we constantly improved our SOS and accuracy month by month.• Effectively complete 1 on 1 sessions with Team Members to motivate them and to provide them feedback. • Led Team Members to gain interest in their personal and professional growth providing resources such as podcasts, books and feedback in 1-1 conversations.
