I have worked successfully in technology my entire career, managing staff, consulting and directing infrastructure strategies, working as a part of leadership to set policy, and directing the integration and implementation of systems for a variety of high profile and national organizations, small and large, for-profit and not-for-profit. I have been responsible for facilitating and directing the design, development, and administration of digital infrastructure strategies and implementations necessary to optimize and secure the optimal functionality of digital platforms, applications, and services across the organization.My roles have required an abundance of collaboration across the organization's leadership in an effort to transition to a new technology vision that includes bringing their systems up to industry standard by assessing current platforms, introducing more efficient and better technologies, creating technology protocols and processes to enhance the organization's efficiency. In addition, I have been responsible for directing implementation partners, and collaborating with other IT and technology professionals to lead the charge to make organizations more competitive and efficient leaders in technology.There is always much work to do. I welcome the shifting daily challenges that my position and organization provide. It allows me to be a part of fundamental change with a team that sets direction and impacts its service in a solid and direct manner.
