- I am at early operationalisation of systems thinking and design work for A Post Industrial Age, building a research and development collaboration aimed at structurally dealing with wicked problems human civilisation faces including climate change, the epidemic of bad faith - normalised lying- death-threats- swatting-doxxing, inequity and threats to world order.- At this time in my life, having a higher purpose and aim to maximally contribute to the world is important to me. I can put to use decades of capabilities and experience gained as a strategist and systems thinker/designer/analyst who worked in financial markets and technology in Australia and globally. - As a strategist and analyst, I did M&A advisory work globally as part of the technology diligence team for a leading New York Private Equity Firm and a Fortune 1000 company. As an analyst make the detailed assessments for buy/sell decisions on Software, Software Engineering Organization capability, Product Development and Roadmap and IT Strategy. - Previously, for 7 years, as Managing Director of Liquid Data Labs a boutique advisory firm, I led teams for strategic planning, operating model design and development and business case development for global and domestic firms in Australia, and Asia.- I am an independent financial markets expert, appointed by the Australian Regulator ASIC, as the primary author of the mandatory technical market readiness ASIC reviews of new exchanges that open in Australia. This included CHI-X.- I designed and developed the first national fully electronic financial markets, as a software engineer and chief architect, coding the trading engine of the national equities market in Zürich, Switzerland and was a high-performance engineer of ASX in Sydney as it became fully electronic.As a bridge player, I won five Australian national titles. I am trained in pure mathematics, game theory and logic, in philosophy, and history and philosophy of science.
