I am a technology and product professional with a speciality in taking an idea from ideation through to launch and beyond. I enjoy building exceptional engineering teams that can collaborate effectively both locally and across multiple locations. With prior experience as a software developer (and still actively coding), I understand and have worked directly with all layers of technology stack, from lowest level computer architecture through to higher level web and application layers. I work with customers to understand what is needed, I define a product plan that balances these needs with business goals and strengths, and I lead the team to deliver an effective product.
