Led cross-functional team in launching and growing Annuity Investment Solutions for Merrill Edge mass-affluent clients. Added new products targeted to the needs of the previously unserved Edge clients. Restored trust and confidence in providing annuity solutions to retail client base by managing product mix, marketing, sales process, compliance, and client suitability reviews.

Formulated new credit product strategies for the Preferred Customer Segment ($20-$250k in bank assets). Designed and launched industry leading Travel Rewards credit card to fill product gap through a cross-functional team. Drove higher-asset customer loyalty by creating additional product rewards for Preferred Customers across lines of business.Created long-term Preferred Customer strategy using additional Reward Tiers to further grow and retain assets.

Responsible for revision of existing portfolio growth strategies to reflect changing risk environment and improving customer delight. Led 9 person team, reduced future charge-offs and mitigated high risk balance growth by changing focus of cross-functional team from growth to risk management. Devised new marketing programs to increase yields while raising customer delight. Led credit line increase audit which resulted in the discovery and recapture of significant State accounting error.

Managed teams in maximizing profitable new account acquisitions, optimizing credit line increases, and driving fee revenues while not compromising customer delight. Led new card acquisition team in growing CoBranded products 3x its size while adding 6 new partnerships and 6 more FTE’s. Built new Credit Line Increase Strategy resulting in card utilization rates and balance growth that significantly surpassed industry benchmarks, and grew profitability 5% annually. Negotiated usage of new Fee Reversal Model which utilized customer profitability forecasting resulting in increased revenue of 4% annually.

Responsible for strategy development and implementation for existing portfolio marketing programs which included; check utilization, card pricing, card activation, card usage and yield management. Managed a staff of three people with a budget of $6.3mm.
