▪ Led and supported the day to day activities of the Land Contracts and Administration group including regular weekly team and department meetings to evaluate priorities and workload balance.▪ Collaborated with various internal stakeholders as the Land subject matter expert to develop and integrate technological solutions including the Land Notification System, Ready to License software, and Master Well Data Cube to improve overall corporate efficiency. ▪ Collaborated with the Document Management team to migrate Land records to a new digital repository. As the main point of contact for the Land group, I aided in the document upload process development in order to allow users to digitally upload documents to contract, mineral and surface files resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.▪ Worked with a multi disciplined team to complete the Oil & Gas industry’s first ever Royalty Blockchain transaction, February 2018. Achieved over 500 smart royalty contracts on ledger with an institutional royalty owner in Calgary.▪ Developed and implemented a delinquent party process in order to identify and recuperate monies owed to NAL. As a result nearly 80% of the amount owed to NAL was recuperated.▪ Interacted with other departments to facilitate communication of information and smooth flow of data.

▪ Supported the Negotiating Landman for the Manitoba and Saskatchewan assets and expanded to include all Alberta assets.▪ Responsible for all day to day Contracts Administration duties including drafting agreements, tracking obligations and deadlines, investigated and resolved royalty queries, and maintained accurate up to date land records.▪ Coordinated and facilitated Acquisition and Divestment deal closings, with a value in excess of $20MM and ARO reduction of $1MM, ensuring all purchase documents and conveyance documentation was drafted, executed and payment was made.

Acquisitions & DivestmentsAs a member of the Acquisitions & Divestment group I reviewed mineral and contract files for accuracy and identify any title defects, prepared conveyance documentation (Notice of Assignments, Change of Operatorship, Right of First Refusal Notices) and coordinated and facilitated closing meetings. I also updated all land records pertaining to acquisitions & divestments to accurately reflect current land working interests.Contracts AnalystAs a member of the Land Contracts team I reviewed and drafted contractual agreements (Poolings, Joint Operating Agreements, Farmouts, Quitclaims). I maintained land records to ensure they reflected the correct working interest of all parties.
