Supervised the transportation and movement of vehicles, equipment and personnel at the executive level and reported directly to the President or Senior Director. Managed personnel and vehicle allocation through two lower Executive branches, each with two companies of assets and personnel. Examined, and managed load plans, personnel, vehicle and equipment manifest. Tracked 450 logistical line haul convoys throughout all of Afghanistan using advanced movement tracking systems, while coordinating and monitoring 22 emergency resupply air deliveries which was crucial to sustain thousands of personnel with food, water, fuel, mail and munitions. Conducted weekly roll up reports on all tasks completed, ongoing and forecast-ed, and reported to the Senior Director, informing them of risks, safety concerns, personnel, truck or air assets on hand as well as any maintenance issues. Reinforced the Support Operations at Ft Carson which provided sustainability to the entire Base by establishing a great report with customers, higher executives, supervisors, managers and other employees. Enhanced the supply chain by monitoring and tracking deploying and re deploying personnel and equipment in order to brief executives and other company supervisors on current in transit status and location. Recognized by the Post Commanding General for orchestrating and initiating the planning, coordination and execution of moving an $11.3M Helicopter utilizing only internal company personnel and equipment, which saved the Army over $120,000 in contracting cost. Proficient in using various movement tracking systems to maintain 100% in-transit visibility and accountability of equipment and personnel during line haul, rail, air and seaward movements.
