Served as 94th Military Police Battalion, 55th Military Police Company Platoon Sergeant. Responsible for the development, accountability, and discipline of 86 U.S. and South Korean Soldiers and assists and advises the Platoon Leader in all Platoon training matters. Developed and executed strategies and provide counseling guidance to platoon Soldiers to understand the prioritization of career paths, education, and vocational assistance, and ensure Soldiers are competitive in their military career management field. Maintained medical and human resources readiness for over 60 U.S. Military Police Soldiers during the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, 2019-2020. As 55th Military Police Company, 1st Platoon, Platoon Sergeant performed all responsibilities to coach, teach, and certify approximately 90 U.S. Soldiers to conduct law enforcement and force protection operations in the Dongducheon Community in Area I for over 9,000 U.S. Soldiers, Korean Soldiers, and DoD Civilians. Maintained 100% serviceability of platoon equipment valued in excess of $6,000,000 USD with no losses or damages.

Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, United States

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and assigning USAMPS sections and personnel with mission taskings, in support of Fort Leonard Wood Maneuver Support Center of Excellence operation orders, and Department of the Army Headquarters operation orders. Supported USAMPS Chief of Staff, Directorate of Plans and Operations (G3), with an assigned strength of 580 permanent party personnel and annual training load in excess of 28,000 students. • Planned and executed the 77th Military Police Regimental Week for approximately 2,000 Military Police Soldiers from units throughout the Military Police Corps. Recognized by the Military Police Regimental Commandant and Regimental Command Sergeant Major for coordinating Regimental Week. Developed operation orders and tasking tracker system to cohere with Maneuver Support of Excellence G-3 operations and 14th Military Police Brigade S-3 operations.

Served as a Senior Drill Sergeant, responsible for the reception, integration, and inculcation of 240 newly recruited Military Police Soldiers in a 19-week One Station Unit Training (OSUT) company. Trained, motivated, and evaluated Soldiers on basic combat skills and Military Police Advanced Individual Training. Coached, counseled, evaluated, and mentored three subordinate drill sergeants in the platoon. Responsible for all food coordination, site procurement, transportation, ranges, equipment, and the units training management plan for a Military Police training company of 240 Soldiers throughout the OSUT 19-week cycle.

Instructed and evaluated over 13,000 Military Police Soldiers and Marines in Battlefield Forensics and Defensive Tactics.
