- Analyze the P&L and identify where the club’s profits and losses are to better prepare for the upcoming months.
- Utilize Power BI to track daily, monthly, and quarterly club performance to ensure the club performs according to budget.
- Collaborate with general manager on plans and strategies to meet monthly targets on things such as fitness units, active members, guest traffic and retail.
- Manage a team of 10 sales and staff members; Duties include hire and onboard new staff members, train current sales staff on sales strategies and effective phone calls, train frontline staff members on register.
- Facilitate scheduling and manage employee’s daily activities and track their weekly performance such as sales.
- Handle all banking, cancellations, escalations, and anything affecting the NPS score.
