Equifax acquired Veda Australia to create Equifax Australia & NZ. Prior to this John was Managing Director of TDX another global market leading Equifax business operating in the debt space. As a result of the Veda acquisition the TDX Australia business was integrated into Equifax Australia & NZ and John moved into the new EFX business to drive and develop Equifax Australia & NZ's market leading portfolio of debt related businesses and capabilities.These capabilities included the TDX business plus complementary Equifax market leading debt capabilities including consulting services, data assets & digital collections capabilities.

John joined TDX to head up entry into the Australian and NZ markets. TDX are a rapidly expanding global specialist in the debt space offering advanced services and technology platforms to enable clients to recover their debt. As a result of growth and international expansion, TDX have entered the Australian market in 2012 and signed long term deals with ANZ, Telstra, Optus & Energy Australia. The clients used TDX Group’s PLATO debt placement and management platform for all Debt Collection Agency placements. They also use TDX expertise to make information based strategy recommendations aimed at optimising overall recoveries performance.TDX were acquired by Equifax Inc in Feb 2014 and integrated into the Equifax global business. However as Equifax had no presence in the Australia/NZ market, John continued in his role as MD of TDX Australia & NZ until Equifax acquired Veda in Feb 2016.TDX's PLATO is the UK’s largest debt placement and management platform for private and public debt, having made over 25 million placements of over $20 billion of debt. In addition to the Plato platform, TDX have other market leading products and services in the debt sale and insolvency space which it intends to launch in the Australian market in the future.

Based in Dubai with regional responsibility for market entry and business operations of CineStar a JV between Amalgamated Holdings/Greater Union and Majid Al Futtaim Group.

Loyalty Marketing Group offering services in the Restaurant, Travel & Tourism and Health sectors.

Responsible for all marketing activity supporting newspapers and online media. This included major newspapers- The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age & The Australian Financial Review and support for other areas of the business such as Fairfax community Newspapers, BRW Group, Artist Services, AAV and Australian Geographic. This resposibility including research and communications to diverse groups of readers, advertisers and shareholders.

Commenced as Sales Manager for AT&T Easylink.at startup. Built initial sales team and delivered initial business case revenue expectations.Promoted to GM- New Zealand for AT&T Easylink and forged relationship with TCNZ.Promoted to Regional Director role managing multiple marketing teams and sales & marketing strategies in multiple Asian markets. In this role also responsible on behalf of the region back into AT&T's product houses and the design and development of the products AT&T brought to market in Asia Pacific.

Relocated from the UK to join Telesoft Communications a 100% Telstra subsidiary company focussd on taking data services to the consumer markets.All sales and marketing responsibility for online information, email, EDI, fax and telex technologies including Viatel, Telecom Discovery and other products.

Based in London, this role was responsible for encouraging trade and investment into New South Wales.This entailed travel throughout Europe to work with target companies and industries to facilitate investment and technology exchange.
