Evolved the organization’s Responsible Sourcing program by creating a risk-based supplier segmentation strategy utilizing data to more efficiently allocate development resources to under-performing facilities. Developed and gained organizational alignment on a Sustainable Sourcing strategy, doubling the Sustainability budget for FY 2022. Increased corporate commitment to Sustainability by vetting and joining key industry non-profit alliances such as Cascale (Sustainable Apparel Coalition), Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals and Apparel Impact Institute.

Supervised a team of Sourcing Directors and Managers, with ongoing responsibility for recruiting, training, and talent development. Created, vetted and maintained supplier and mill matrixes based on product, cost and country of origin strategy. Developed supplier performance standards and conducted performance reviews with supplier principals. Partnered with internal Product Development and Design teams to ensure supplier matrix aligned with design strategy and future product needs.
