• Developed Toyota Auto Parts’ analytics to gain insights from sales data. Segmented sales by category and built a forecasting model taking seasonality into account. Used to track business’ progress towards targets.• Built capability for 27 dealers in Western Australia to visualise and compare performance against targets and benchmarks; analysed retail vs. commercial sales, costs, mark-up % and inventory management. • Created dashboards constituting insights and suggestions for retirement savings products and presented key figures and trends (e.g. FUM share of growth, competitor analysis etc.) to senior management. • Substantially improved visibility of product performance and its drivers by gathering information/data across departmental silos and using activity based costing to present product profitability to management. Outcomes included moving 2 FTE to more valuable products and to rationalise a product with high fund management costs and low income fees.• Calculated and highlighted opportunity to cross-sell banking products to 40% of retirement product customers.
