Surf Lodge - A seasonal boutique hotel with 19 rooms, 75 employees, 110-seat restaurant, 4 bars generating 4M in under 4 months. Led the company to 30% growth during first year operations. Part of a M&A due diligence team involved in the purchase of a 2nd unit; transaction was completed in under six months and the integration was completed in three months.• Boosted the long-term business success and increased profit levels 35% by formulated daily operations plans such as flow routes, employee assignments and promotional strategies
