About John Sampson

My mission is to challenge CEOs and business owners in their journey as leaders in both their professional and personal lives. After many years in leadership in industry and a not-for-profit, I am deeply committed to support leaders as they confront the significant challenges of leadership in these turbulent times. There are moments when leadership can be very isolating. In retrospect, this loneliness was not healthy or necessary. There is help in peers who carry similar burdens and confront similar challenges. Through trust and vulnerability, growth is possible on a path to better life, better decisions and higher impact of our companies, families and communities.
