This was a 100,000-hour project (30,000 hours on my team), which spanned over 2 years. • Member of the Implementation Team, responsibilities included: round the clock support during the implementation process, execution of the system flows through CA7, immediate resolution and resubmission of any and all abends. • Coded programs for a major telecommunications company, which conducted the following: Treatment process, Write offs, Master account updates, System balancing, Auto Dialer, Letters, and posting of account information.
