The Discovery Representative Program was designed and implemented to assist employees who are new to the IT Distribution Channel. It allows SYNNEX and the employee to mutually gain an understanding of where an employee may be best utilized within the organization. It consists of a 3 - 6 month rotation through the various business units within SYNNEX. This may include departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development. Once the rotation has been completed, SYNNEX management and the employee work together, in many cases, to situate the employee into the business unit where they are best suited to produce great results.During my tenure as a Discovery Rep, I spent time in the Sales and Product Management departments.
