In short, we do what we need to do to get the desired outcome. I have litigated hundreds of matters in state and federal courts and arbitrations. FORMER ASSISTANT U.S. ATTORNEYI spent almost five years working in the Civil Division of one of the largest U.S. Attorney’s Office in the country. I handled all aspects of defending the United States and its agencies and employees. This experience has given me a tremendous insight into how cases typically progress to resolution and how judges and juries are most likely to respond to the facts of the case. I had a good track record of winning cases on motions, at trial and, if necessary, on appeal.LOCAL AND NATIONAL BAR LEADERI feel it is important to give back to my legal community. In addition to my pro bono work, I was president of the Beverly Hills Bar Association – a full-service bar representing over 6,000 lawyers. Under my leadership, the Bar continued its activism and activities by presenting over 200 programs and events and regularly voicing its support for civil rights and the Rule of Law. Recently, I become a member of the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents and help to lead, educate and inspire state, local and specialty bar leaders at biannual meetings.
