Launched Roynat’s Vendor Service Platform to Scotiabank’s Small Business Advisors and their commercial clients to all branch locations in Western Canada. Allowed Scotiabank to expand footprint in small business commercial space, and significantly improved efficiency of approval process for lease and loans up to $150,000.• Mentored individual Account Managers to identify, prospect, develop and maintain equipment dealers who have the highest potential for profitability• Established a sales training program to train new Account Managers and actively introduced and promoted weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives. This motivated Account Managers by setting accountability and performance measures, improved customer service and ensured service level agreements were consistently maintained.
