The projects exemplar environmental performance has resulted in a Green Apple award and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Some of the sustainable solutions included the installation of ground source heat recovery pumps to a depth of 200m and natural night time ventilation to aid the cooling and heating of the building.
