Current Build, coach, develop and motivate a high-performing consultative sales team, ensuring plans and bestpractices are developed, implemented and tracked. Work directly with sales professionals to provide direction and leadership in the development andclosing of sales opportunities using a consultative sales approach, providing expertise to directly driverevenue and expand the footprint of SSI and Trader Interactive’s industry solutions. Develop sustainable relationships with key accounts across all customer segments. Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, develop and implement innovativeaction plans. Be a conduit into the business for providing qualified customer input and feedback, ensuring SSI iscontinuously looking at the next product opportunity or process improvement to delight ourcustomers. Collaborate to win as a team with colleagues supporting the SSI business.
