As a Learning and Development Specialist, I work in a team of three to identify training needs within the organization and partner with subject matter experts to design and facilitate training. Some of my projects include: - Partnering with the Project Management Support team to develop training that helps participants develop in skills aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) - Developing a series called the Productivity Blueprint that begins with employees assessing themselves on a series of productivity related competencies such as; goal setting, prioritization, organization and task management, delegation, and meeting management. Based upon the assessment results, participants will choose from a series of eLearning sessions that correspond to developmental needs.
