Managing presales, customer engagement and delivery for the Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Projects in UAE and Qatar. Contributes to company growth, sales and revenue generation through identification and proactive pursuit of new opportunities.Provide the support in the sales process to ensure the proper understanding of the application and the overall solution both technically and functionally.Works collaboratively with practice leadership team to grow, develop and enhance process best practices, tools and methods.

Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed in a manner that will lead to meeting the implementation goals within the established time frame and budget to a high degree of customer satisfaction.Participates in the major aspects of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements, solution high-level design, to knowledge transfer for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to meet the customer’s needs.Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.Managing the project through out all the delivery life cycle.Provides guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on issues such as: performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Provide technical sales support in the sales process to ensure the proper understanding of the application and the overall solution both technically and functionally.Helps in driving the estimation of the effort to realize the implementation of the proposed solution
