These programs clinical and business programs, include, Authorizations, Clinical Pathways, Pain Management, Chemotherapy, Radiation therapy, to name a few. I managed a team of 5 -7 diverse technical areas. The team composition would vary depending on the type of implementation. This core team composition includes, Data transformation, Exports, Letter templates and responses, core program code changes, web/portal interfaces, Call routing (IVR), Single Sign On (SSO), Claims, QA Testing. My responsibilities were to be IT to client to Business relationships, schedule management, requirements and resource management. I was also the Project Manager for several new concept to program projects, whereby the requirements were extremely vague (initially) to full BRD and functional pilots were created, in very compressed time lines. I accomplished this using Agile as my program base and this allowed excellent project progression, working within the constraints of resource availability. During the course of my tenure, I have brought in 37 separate and distinct implementations (of various complexity), on time and on target for release date. Care Core was at that time in the process of merging with Med Solutions, and I was also responsible for cross platform integration of process and platform migrations. -

I was a multiple hat wearing Project Manager, responsible for filling the roll that previously required 3 separate project managers (Business, I.S. and EPO). I led the billing team thru a rapid project implementation cycle in a culturally challenging environment. Utilizing self-directed teams, I led the team to deliver the 1st pilot billing program and defined the roll out strategy for the year to come. I worked with vendors (BillTrust, TriZetto) and a diverse work team. I piloted on line team tools via SharePoint with the project. That enabled multiple business and I.S. units to work in rapidly changing environment.I piloted the rapid fix turn around testing cycle which allowed progress to be measured immediately and prioritization of testing defects and transition to implementation in a very constrained project time line.
