With over a decade of experience in United States government contracting and programs, I've had the opportunity to work on a global scale, providing innovative solutions to complex problems. This includes flying directly from Germany to Poland to collaborate with the Polish government in obtaining the necessary permits, a move that significantly reduced government-caused delays by as much as 80%. This global experience has given me a unique perspective and a broad understanding of international government contracting.Before joining LOGCAP, I spent two years as a Senior Manager at the 88th Military Police Company, responsible for an organization of nearly 200 people. In my years of my tenure, I was rated the most qualified amongst my peers by the Organization Director and Deputy Director, a clear indication of the trust and confidence they had in my abilities and my staff's commitment to delivering high-quality results.During a 13-year tenure in the United States Army Reserve, spent five years working in the Program Office of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), serving as a LOGCAP Program Manager. Over two years, managed a portfolio exceeding $400 million, which included logistic and operational services supporting over 23,000 coalition partners, service members, contractors, and DoD civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan. With close to ten years of experience in government contracting as a contract specialist and procurement analyst, I've demonstrated my adaptability by working on both the operational and policy sides. I've consistently received superior ratings, with a task performance rate of over 85%. In contracting roles, I've shown my ability to work with a variety of systems, including the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, Procurement Desktop-Defense, Enterprise Contract Writing System, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, Federal Procurement Data System, System for Award Management, and the Paperless Filing Cabinet.
