He recently supervised the completion of a Sares-Regis Group, three Podium, 520-unit luxury apartment project in Irvine, named The Royce at Park Place. He currently wrapping up the construction of the Linden, 1st & Alamitos & 3rd Pacifc in downtown Long Beach as well as managing the Vista Monterey Project in Corona.
