First management team hire and Chief of Staff at Algrthm, an AI company working to build the world’s largest perceptual dataset via on-device smartphone sensors. I worked directly with the co-founders on a daily basis to create GTM positioning, product offerings, pricing, and sales strategy to pursue and secure the company's first commercial partnerships.

Co-founded the Experience Management team at Handled, an AI-focused relocation and home services startup (acquired by UniGroup in 2021); managed a team of senior-level experience designers and strategists who were responsible for creating Handled's suite of AI-powered digital booking tools.

Co-founded the studio's first demand generation team following private equity investment in 2019; developed and executed a content-focused, B2B demand generation strategy and sales enablement program to grow qualified pipeline and revenue.

Co-founded Fuel, an accelerator in Bentonville, AR that matches seed and growth-stage startups with Fortune 500 partners to create commercial pilot opportunities. Secured funding, initial partners, and sourced, recruited, and selected the inaugural eight startup participants in 2019; Fuel will welcome its 5th cohort in 2023.

Co-developed the strategy that led to the formation of a joint venture between the studio and one of its largest clients in 2019; a partnership that resulted in the formation of Handled, an AI-based relocation and home services startup acquired by UniGroup in 2021.

Led the studio's consulting and business development efforts; scoped, pitched, and won six and seven-figure product development contracts. Notable clients included Walmart, PetSmart, and Virgin Hotels.
